Old Drinking Song
In Dublin Town I met a lad who sat on bar stool wailing away, and when I asked why he felt so sad these words to me did say: There’s no no where where love is young, no no how how man is new and no way way I’ll carry on no thing thing thing to do. There’s many a man throughout the land, but no no where where man is new, with butts to sit and legs to stand and many a woman too. I met a woman yesterday but no no how how love is true. She looked at me as if to say “No thing thing thing to do.” And so I drink and wail away till whiskey brings me round to see that man is new and love is true and all are fair and free.
